As part of our Triumph over Adversity Series, Sonia Di Mezza will share with us the challenges of moving to a regional town, to lead a multicultural NGO, in the heights of the pandemic, and how the experience gave her life-long lessons that changed her outlook on life.
Sonia Di Mezza is the CEO of the Migrant and Refugee Settlement Services, a solicitor and human rights lawyer. She is a culturally diverse woman from an Italian background, and a board member of Amnesty International Australia. Sonia has worked as the CEO of Loddon Campaspe Multicultural Services for three years in Bendigo, during the COVID-19 pandemic.
