Manning Clark House (MCH), a lively cultural and scholarly centre, is based in Canberra at the former home of historian Manning Clark and linguist Dymphna Clark. With its strong national base, MCH provides opportunities for the whole community to debate and discuss contemporary issues and ideas, through a program of conferences, seminars, forums, publishing, and arts and cultural events. Sydney PEN Voices: 3 Writers Project 2008

Sydney PEN has announced the three writers and themes for the 2008 series of the Sydney PEN Voices: 3 Writers Project. They are: Christopher Kremmer on GREED, Melissa Lucsashenko on SURVIVAL and Anna Funder on COURAGE.
With CAL's support, the lecture series is being extended to Canberra in collaboration with Manning Clark House.
